Package Your Items
Carefully place your handbag or accessory back into its original dust bag and shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
